Hukilau Jim's Tropical Paradise

Hukilau Jim, a legendary adventurer with a penchant for potent libations, found himself shipwrecked on a remote South Pacific island. Undeterred, he transformed a volcanic cavern into a tropical haven, "Pele's Playground." His exotic concoctions and infectious spirit soon drew crowds of locals and seafarers alike. However, a night of revelry angered the volcano goddess Pele, who unleashed a fiery wrath, destroying the paradise.

Refusing to be defeated, Jim sought refuge in a hidden cove and built his magnum opus, "Pele Utu." This vibrant bar, a testament to his resilience and love for rum, quickly became a legendary destination for adventurous souls. Jim, ever the wanderer, eventually entrusted Pele Utu to a pair of talented bartenders, Dr. Shocker and Rosie Raddish. Today, Pele Utu continues to honor Hukilau Jim's legacy, inviting guests to escape the ordinary and immerse themselves in a tropical paradise filled with exotic flavors and unforgettable experiences.

Pele Utu does not have a kitchen. Order from Taste of India next door and they’ll deliver to your table.
